Too Cool For School Artclass Brow Designing Shaper is a fixing brow mascara that makes your eyebrows look natural.

How to use:

1. Apply the brow mascara evenly by sweeping in the opposite direction to the eyebrow grain with the dense round side.
2. From the front of the eyebrows, sweep from bottom to top using the flat side to shape the eyebrows.
