Touchless formula for minimal rubbing off allows the silky powder with delicate particles apply lightly and evenly for a fresh, blurry finish. Hydrating formula with 3 oils (Apricot seed oil, Almond oil, Rose hip oil) to prevent pulling with long-lasting hydration.
