How to use

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds/ repair requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Change of Mind:
- Please choose the products carefully as we do not offer change of mind return/refund.
- Faulty Item:
- If the item you have received is faulty, please email us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo of the product, product packaging and parcel packaging.
- Received Incorrect Item:
- Please contact us immediately if you received incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (*shipping cost of returns of incorrect items will be covered by us.)
Discounted and clearance products are ineligible for exchange and/or refund, unless the product is faulty.
- Allergic Reaction:
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. A doctor certificate is required as a proof of symptoms for exchange or refund. Allergy returns must be less than 10% used upon arrival back with us.
Shipping cost of the return items are covered by the buyer.
- The shipping fee of your order is not refundable. Unexpected delays of delivery will not be accepted as a reason for refund of the shipping fee nor the order itself.
To start a return/exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The refund/exchange will be processed once we receive the return/exchange product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep the parcel packaging as proof and attach a picture of the damaged item, wrapping and parcel packaging in the email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as sanitary pads). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Products paid with gift cards are non-refundable.
The shipping fee of the exchange will be covered by the buyer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Products paid with gift cards are not refundable.
