How to use:

  • Egg Ampoule Mask Cica Box: Gently apply microfiber mask to fit the contours of your face. Press gently with fingertips to spread evenly and leave on for 10 to 20 minutes. Peel off mask and massage remaining serum into face.
  • Egg Cica Ampoule Pad: After cleansing, gently wipe across wipe across the whole face following the direction of the skin's texture and avoiding the eye area.
  • Egg Cica Cera Cream 60ml: At the last step of skincare routine, apply a proper amount to face and gently pat to aid absorption.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your order date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds/ repair requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
