We try our best to process and ship out your order as soon as possible. Usually an order takes 1-2 business days to process and ship out. Depending on your location, domestic delivery time may take 2-10 business days to arrive. Please make reference from the table below. 

However, our courier, Australia Post, is currently experiencing delays due to increase of parcel volumes and temporary staff reductions at their processing facilities.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your order date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds/ repair requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
